How quickly will I get my images back?

This will depend on which of our packages you choose. We have a wide range to meet your timescales. You can choose a 5 day, 3 day, or next day package.  We even provide a drop off and collect facility for our photographers who live locally.  If time is your enemy, then depending on demand at the time, we can also offer a same day service, although this must be negotiated at the time of order.

So essentially it is up to you!

How do I make an order?

If you select the Order Page on our website, you will be able to fill out an order form telling us what you need and what service you would like from us.

How much will it cost me?

Again this is dependent on your request and needs, for our pricing, click on Prices on our website.

What Software do you use?

We use Adobe software, Photoshop CS4/5, Camera Raw and Photoshop Lightroom 3. A combination of these imaging programs produces the final output from the originals that you send to us.

How do I send you my images?

There are several ways for you to send us your images. You can put your back up files on to a Portable Hard Drive or USB stick which we recommend, and then send it to us using Special Delivery or your own carrier. There is also the option of uploading a maximum of 150 images onto your online space or FTP, sending us your images electronically.

Have you set a minimum order amount?

Our minimum order is £25.00, excluding postage & packaging.

How and when do you take payment?

Payment is taken on completion of your work, once the files are ready to ship.

We request that you complete our Debit/Credit Card Authorisation form when opening an account.

I am quite fussy about my style, how can I be sure that you will tailor to this?

At Click Images we understand that for photographers their style is key, and that is why we spend time discussing with you beforehand what your style is and how we will ensure we match it.

This information will then be kept in your account within Click Images and will only be used for you!
