Well it’s taken a lot of hard work, both on the design side and the content side, but we’re almost there!
Let us tell you about how the new site works…
There’s a new content management system (CMS to all you tech folk) which enables us to keep an accurate track of all our clients, and allows us to give you your own dedicated, online filespace, which is perhaps the most important aspect aside from ease of use. It’s a far simpler solution than that of FTP, and gives you full-time access to what you’ve sent to us and when. We can also allocate the necessary space to each of you based on your individual requirements. Great for us and even better for you!
We have a new order system, with more intuitive order forms to make sure we have every possible detail and your requirements. All this to ensure we get everything right with your order. This is all backed up with person to person support. It’s all part of our all encompassing service that we pride ourselves on.
We also have a dedicated call back button on the home page, so you can get us to get in touch with you at short notice if you need something and a new and improved FAQ section, which answers most of your queries with anything to do with our services. Anything else you need to know and we’re always just a phonecall away.
